About the Role
This position involves designing and preparing artwork using FlexiDESIGNER, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar graphic design software. You will help create eye-catching visuals for signs, banners, decals, vehicle graphics, and other print materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Create professional, high-quality visual designs for print and signage
- Work in Flexi, Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable programs to edit and produce artwork
- Convert customer ideas into production-ready files
- Prepare print files (correct sizing, bleeds, color modes, resolution, etc.)
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate output
- Communicate with customers when clarifying design requirements
- Assist with general shop tasks and support team goals
- 1-3 years Graphic design or sign shop experience preferred
- Familiarity with Flexi, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with wide-format printing or sign production
- Knowledge of vector graphics and file troubleshooting
- Understanding of RIP software or large-format printers
- Hands-on creative work in a supportive environment
