Essential Functions
- Public Relations and Marketing
- Develop and distribute press releases, press kits, marketing materials, and organizational communications that promote Pioneers Medical Center's mission, services, and community impact.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that support PMC programs, services, and community initiatives.
- Manage the organization's digital presence, including social media platforms, online advertising, and website content, ensuring accuracy, organization, and ADA compliance.
- Collaborate with providers and departments to develop service-specific marketing materials and communications.
- Support and participate in community outreach initiatives, partnerships, and events that enhance community engagement and organizational visibility.
- Monitor and report on marketing and communication performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as appropriate.
- Track grant timelines, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations to ensure all funding requirements are met.
- Under the direction of the PHF Board, serve as the primary coordinator for the Pioneers Healthcare Foundation, supporting fundraising activities, donor engagement, and community partnerships.
- Research, prepare, and coordinate grant funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies, including proposal development, submissions, and required reporting.
- Coordinate and facilitate Foundation Board meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and logistical arrangements.
- Develop and distribute Foundation-related communications, marketing materials, and fundraising opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with donors, community partners, and grant funders to support ongoing Foundation engagement and funding opportunities.
- Responsible for the fiscal operation of the department. Assist in the development of the annual budget which includes preparing operating expenses and capital budget requests.
- Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of all department specific contracts and agreements. Notify administration of any changes, renewals, or terminations prior to the renewal or termination date.
- Understand and adhere to quality metrics; ensure department staff understand and participate in quality improvement efforts, measurements, and implementation.
- Assure the department's compliance with all regulatory statues, standards, issues, agencies, and accrediting bodies.
- Actively participate in committees and meetings as requested.

Education and Experience:
- Proficiency with digital design tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web analytics, content management tools, and social media.
