Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various communication channels. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products to answer customer questions accurately. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests using company systems (e.g., Assyst). Manage customer interactions by keeping detailed records of transactions, comments, and complaints. Coordinate and communicate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Handle incoming phone calls and process orders received via Viber messages. Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and efficiency. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional support and solutions. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
