Experienced Body Shop Estimator Wanted at Priority Ford's Body Shop
Priority Ford’s Body Shop in Norfolk, VA is seeking an experienced, high-performing Body Shop Estimator to join our growing collision repair operation. This is a key role for someone who knows how to write accurate estimates, communicate clearly with customers and insurance partners, and keep repairs moving efficiently from start to finish. What You’ll Do:
Write accurate and thorough collision repair estimates using industry-standard estimating systems
Work directly with customers, insurance companies, and technicians throughout the repair process
Perform vehicle damage assessments and explain repair plans clearly and professionally
Monitor repair progress to ensure cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction goals are met
Maintain proper documentation and compliance with OEM and insurance guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a body shop estimator (required)
Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
Experience with CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
