As an Account Executive, you’ll work directly with business owners and walk them through our lending process. You’ll partner with underwriting to build payment plans that match each client’s cash flow and support their growth. This is a high-activity position with 100–150 outbound calls a day. You’ll be driving new opportunities, keeping your pipeline moving, and staying engaged throughout the sales process. Responsibilities
Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to potential clients Generate new leads and manage a strong sales pipeline Work with underwriting to customize repayment plans Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clients Qualifications
Inside sales experience with a strong track record is preferred Proven top performer with consultative, value‑based selling skills Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and driven by financial rewards Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience in working capital financing, equipment leasing, or financial services is also great Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce) Culture and Benefits

Pay Range:
$22-$25 hourly + commissions First-Year Expected Income:
$75,000–$100,000 OTE, including a 3‑month paid training and ramp‑up period Commissions:
