What You’ll Do Manage and optimize Google Ads with a focus on data accuracy, tracking, and backend performance
Build campaigns, ad groups, and keyword structures designed for speed testing and rapid iteration
Set up and troubleshoot GA4 + GTM conversion tracking and attribution
Optimize landing pages for conversion rate, clarity, and load speed
Monitor ad spend, pacing, and CPL targets to ensure efficient scaling
Run structured A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and audiences
Analyze performance trends and identify what’s actually driving results
Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership clear visibility
Strategic Ownership Develop a testing roadmap for campaigns and landing pages
Identify scaling opportunities based on performance and lead quality
Recommend budget allocation and funnel improvements
Translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies
What You Bring 3-5+ years with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and GTM
Experience in finance, lending, insurance, or high‑intent lead gen
Strong analytical skills and comfort making data‑driven decisions
Experience optimizing landing pages and managing CPL‑focused budgets
Ability to build campaigns from scratch and run structured tests
