The Manager, IR
will serve as a key member of the Investor Relations (IR) team and a point of contact for the investment community. The Manager, IR will report to and partner with the VP, Investor Relations (VP, IR) to build and execute a strategic IR marketing plan, including targeting analysis, annual goal setting, event strategy and logistics coordination, presentation development, and related internal process management and reporting. This role also supports broader IR initiatives, including quarterly earnings and other IR-related activities, and collaborates with Heartflow’s executive leadership and other functions to communicate the company story effectively. Key qualifications
include experience in an investor relations role at an AI, SaaS company or with an agency supporting technology IR clients, with ability to develop messaging, position the company narrative, produce earnings documents and investor presentations, and align external communications cross-functionally. The role also involves managing consensus of analyst models. Responsibilities
Support the Investor Relations function by creating succinct investor messaging incorporated into all press releases, earnings calls, investor presentations and other external materials. Leverage insights from prior roles to strengthen Heartflow’s investor messaging and positioning; make suggestions to IR and executive teams. Lead investigative research on comparable companies’ positioning, key performance metrics, valuations, institutional ownership, research coverage and investor perception. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather internal business and financial information for external messaging. Manage Wall Street expectations through analyst consensus comparisons to internal projections; create scenario analyses for revenue, gross margin, and expenses. Lead targeting analysis using third-party tools; provide in-depth investor intelligence as needed; maintain global investor targeting documents for meeting prioritization. Participate in investor and analyst meetings. Analyze and build financial models and manage consensus of covering analyst models. Qualifications

Solid understanding of strategy, finance, and accounting principles; familiarity with how investors and sell-side analysts operate. Analytical Skills:

Educational Requirements & Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent directly related experience. At least 5+ years in investment banking, consulting or corporate development roles. Previous experience in SaaS or AI industry required. Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation modeling; familiarity with analysts’ and investors’ evaluation processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills. MBA and/or CFA is a plus. Compensation
A reasonable base salary range is $155,000 - $215,000, plus bonus and equity. Location
