results-obsessed Marketing Events Coordinator

to dominate our retail marketing program inside

Home Depot and Sam’s Club stores

in the Las Vegas market.

This Is Not an Entry-Level Marketing Role\nThis is a frontline sales leadership position.

You Will

Lead retail lead-generation efforts inside high-traffic stores

Recruit, train, and push a team of Event Demonstrators to hit aggressive targets

Personally engage customers and generate appointments daily

Own the numbers and be accountable for results

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Booking and managing a full retail event calendar

Driving appointment volume inside Home Depot & Sam’s Club locations

Hiring, training, and coaching a high-output team

Setting the standard for energy, urgency, and professionalism

Tracking metrics daily and adjusting strategy to outperform goals

Turning foot traffic into booked Free In-Home Consultations

Following up on contest leads and converting them to appointments

If you are outgoing, fearless about approaching customers, and motivated by performance-based income — keep reading.\nThis Is Not an Entry-Level Marketing Role\nThis is a frontline sales leadership position.\nYou will:\nLead retail lead-generation efforts inside high-traffic stores\nRecruit, train, and push a team of Event Demonstrators to hit aggressive targets\nPersonally engage customers and generate appointments daily\nOwn the numbers and be accountable for results\nIf you’re uncomfortable talking to strangers or being measured by performance, this isn’t for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Booking and managing a full retail event calendar\nDriving appointment volume inside Home Depot & Sam’s Club locations\nHiring, training, and coaching a high-output team\nSetting the standard for energy, urgency, and professionalism\nTracking metrics daily and adjusting strategy to outperform goals\nTurning foot traffic into booked Free In-Home Consultations\nFollowing up on contest leads and converting them to appointments
