results-obsessed Marketing Events Coordinator
to dominate our retail marketing program inside
Home Depot and Sam’s Club stores
in the Las Vegas market.

This Is Not an Entry-Level Marketing Role This is a frontline sales leadership position.
You Will
Lead retail lead-generation efforts inside high-traffic stores
Recruit, train, and push a team of Event Demonstrators to hit aggressive targets
Personally engage customers and generate appointments daily
Own the numbers and be accountable for results

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Booking and managing a full retail event calendar
Driving appointment volume inside Home Depot & Sam’s Club locations
Hiring, training, and coaching a high-output team
Setting the standard for energy, urgency, and professionalism
Tracking metrics daily and adjusting strategy to outperform goals
Turning foot traffic into booked Free In-Home Consultations
Following up on contest leads and converting them to appointments
Who We Want

Able to stand for long periods in a retail environment
