
Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Limited Service

Join our team as a Spanish Bilingual Limited Service Customer Service Representative, where you will play a critical role in assisting clients with their eligibility and access to care needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide informed and objective responses to callers regarding complex eligibility guidelines, access to care issues, and escalated concerns.
Effectively handle all forms of inbound and outbound communications.
Process various workflow documents, including income, identity, and eligibility verification documents.
Stay updated on policies and procedures related to state programs to assist clients accurately.
Guide applicants through the Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF application processes with clarity.
Deliver accurate information about program eligibility criteria to clients.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries with patience and professionalism.
Document interactions thoroughly and manage applications across multiple systems.
Maintain a high standard of confidentiality at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required, along with 1+ years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages.
Prior high volume Call Center experience is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or other government healthcare programs is beneficial.
Strong computer skills, including experience with Call Center Software, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools, are highly preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
A high level of empathy is preferred, especially when interacting with individuals in vulnerable situations.
Must be willing to accept a limited-service position and attend on-camera training for 6 weeks without absences.
Full-time shift availability during operational hours (8:00am-7:30pm EST, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm EST Saturday) is required.
Must reside in Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones.
Home Office Requirements:
Internet speed of 25mbps or higher is required.
Connectivity to the internet via Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router is necessary.
Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
