Overview

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
Eligible for short-term incentive bonuses

Responsibilities
Develop and execute field-level strategies to grow the poultry segment and expand market share
Support the positioning and adoption of new biosecurity innovations in the field
Lead field trials, including design, setup, implementation, and conversion into commercial business
Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, applicators, and distributors
Provide timely, hands-on technical support to customers and integrators
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, or a related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience in poultry production
1–5 years of sales experience in the animal health industry
Experience working with poultry growers, commercial applicators, and integrators
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently to drive impact
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
