What You'll Do Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth Own and grow topline sales across Western U.S. retail accounts Lead broker relationships and directly manage key customer accounts Develop annual customer business plans with goals tied to merchandising, pricing, promotions, shelf placement, and product launches
Strategic Partnerships Educate and empower brokers and customers with brand knowledge Build authentic partnerships that drive long-term brand success
Data-Driven Sales Strategy Analyze SPINS/Nielsen data to evaluate performance and optimize promotions Adjust plans based on pre/post promo analysis
Budget & Profitability Manage regional P&L to hit revenue and margin targets

3+ years in CPG sales (natural/organic/specialty preferred) 3+ years of broker management experience Familiarity with Western Grocery Channel (Natural & Conventional Retailers) Experience working with SPINS and Nielsen data Proven success in HQ-level buyer relationships with top national accounts Strong presentation, negotiation, and financial analysis skills Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong collaboration skills About Us
