$34-37 per hour Description:
The Instructional Designer will design, develop, implement, test, and update engaging and effective learning solutions, including but not limited to eLearning and instructor-led training. This person will collaborate with other Learning & development (L&D) professionals, conduct performance consulting activities with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements: Expertise with course authoring tools (i.e., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Captivate, and Camtasia) Ability to apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile) to analyze learning needs, define learning objectives, design interactive learning experiences (outline and storyboard), and develop self-paced and synchronous learning solutions Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept and stakeholder alignment through final delivery and/or post-implementation review Firm grasp of adult learning and instructional design principles Expertise in learning solution development of various modalities (i.e., instructor-led, eLearning) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to build relationships with internal and external subject matter experts and stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel) Graphic design and video production experience Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them to others Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred: Experience with SCORM package deployment and management
