Coordinate service activities for assigned client accounts and ensure timely execution of tasks Maintain clear communication between clients and internal departments Monitor service requests and ensure proper follow-up and resolution Assist with account documentation, records, and reporting Support account managers with daily operational needs Track project or service timelines to ensure deadlines are met Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction Provide professional support to clients regarding service-related inquiries Qualifications
