This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Orlando, FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, identifying potential business opportunities, and managing customer accounts. This role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, creating customized sales plans, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed revenue goals Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service abilities Proven experience in analyzing trends, meeting planning, and executing sales strategies Proficiency in CRM systems and technology tools Knowledge of the hospitality industry, event planning, and resort operations is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
