We are looking for an immediate Office Manager to join our team at Ledbetter Electric in Marysville, California! This is a 40 hour per week position at our office with key responsibilities including: Managing QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience Creating work orders and tracking current and past jobs Generating and sending invoices and customer quotes Assisting with payroll, billing, and office organization Managing job schedules, paperwork, and email communication Answering calls and helping ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Experience is preferred, especially with QuickBooks and office administration in construction or electrical services. Account Management, Relationship Building, and Client Support experience Strong Organizational Skills, Time Management, and Attention to Detail Proficiency in Sales Planning, Negotiation, and Business Development Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site setup Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus
