We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Representative to drive sales of service agreements and building automation solutions across the state of Florida. This role focuses on maintaining relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings within commercial and institutional facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience selling HVAC service agreements, building automation systems, or facility technology solutions and be comfortable traveling frequently throughout the region. Key Responsibilities
Sell service agreements and maintenance contracts for building automation and HVAC systems. Maintain and expand relationships with an established customer base. Visit client sites regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services. Promote and sell facility automation solutions including: Building automation systems HVAC controls Security cameras Card access systems Other operational technologies used in commercial facilities Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and service delivery. Manage a defined sales territory covering multiple regions within Florida. Territory Coverage
Travel is required throughout Florida, including: Orlando Tampa Naples Fort Myers Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HVAC or building automation service sales Experience selling service agreements or maintenance contracts Ability to travel up to 80% within Florida Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel
