The Marketing Strategy Analyst gathers data and performs analysis to support the development and evaluation of marketing strategies. This role collaborates with internal subject matter experts to identify the best approaches for collecting information, solving business problems, and improving marketing performance. The analyst monitors industry and customer trends, leverages research and reporting tools, and translates insights into actionable recommendations. Findings are summarized and presented to stakeholders to support informed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Analyze internal and external data sources to support marketing strategy and business decisions. Develop expertise in company reporting tools and third-party market data sources. Identify key regional and product trends impacting customers, competitors, and the industry. Build and update business cases using financial modeling and market data (e.g., BIA, data warehouse tools). Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs. Track performance across regions and product lines. Present analytical findings and insights to cross-functional stakeholders. Identify opportunities to support and strengthen strategic marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and customer visits to better understand customer needs. Qualifications
Required Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent. Experience conducting data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field. Experience working with marketing analytics, reporting tools, or market research data. Benefits (employee contribution)
