NRI Staffing's client is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property in Washington, DC. This role involves tenant relations, leasing support, maintenance coordination, and ensuring smooth property operations. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for residents and prospective tenants Communicate with tenants in both English and Spanish regarding questions, concerns, and requests Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities including applications, move-ins, and move-outs Coordinate and track maintenance requests with vendors and maintenance staff Maintain accurate tenant records, lease documentation, and property files Assist with rent collection and monitor tenant accounts as needed Enforce lease terms and property policies Perform regular walkthroughs of the property and report any issues or needed repairs Work closely with ownership and vendors to maintain property standards Handle general administrative duties related to property management
