Construction Estimator Location: Orlando, FL Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + ESOP This opportunity is with one of the most established general contractors in the country, consistently ranked among the Top 20 GCs nationally. They build complex commercial projects across multiple markets and are growing their Florida presence. They are looking for a Construction Estimator in Orlando who is sharp, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a high-performing preconstruction team. What You'll Do Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial construction projects Support the Preconstruction Manager through the full bid and proposal process Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids Assist in developing project budgets, GMP packages, and bid submissions Maintain and update historical cost data and estimating databases Collaborate with project management and operations during preconstruction handoffs What You Bring Experience in construction estimating with a commercial general contractor Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office A team-first attitude and the drive to grow within a top-tier organization What You'll Gain Base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience Annual performance bonus Company car and gas card Industry-leading ESOP program with no employee buy-in required 2 to 4 weeks of paid onboarding at the corporate office to get you set up for success At Framework, we keep it simple: we connect great people with great builders.
