What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Establish and manage relationships with competitive accounts to drive sales
Oversee the NG 9-1-1 partner ecosystem, including resellers and manufacturer representatives
Develop and implement strategic account plans for Command Center Software Solutions
Assemble and coordinate internal and external resources to assess and address customer needs
Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer technology decisions and foster loyalty
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Knowledge of public safety operations and software solutions
Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
4+ years of experience in public safety software application systems or sales
Familiarity with Motorola Radio Voice Communications Networks and Smart Public Safety Solutions
Experience with Miller-Heiman sales methodology
Understanding of NG911, CAD/RMS, and mass notification systems
Highly motivated and results-oriented mindset
