Responsibilities
Establish and maintain credible account relationships while driving sales in competitive accounts
Manage and develop the NG 9-1-1 partner ecosystem, including resellers and manufacturer representatives
Oversee sales and strategic account planning for Command Center Software Solutions
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for assigned accounts within the Public Safety Applications portfolio
Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer technology decisions and build loyalty for the employer
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience or 8+ years of sales/public safety experience
Experience in public safety software application systems and/or sales, particularly in the state and local government space
Track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals
Knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Motorola Radio Voice Communications Networks and Smart Public Safety Solutions
Experience with Miller-Heiman sales methodology
Knowledge of NG911, Networking, CAD/RMS, Mobile Data systems, and Mass Notification solutions
Experience selling long-term, large service deals as a solution
Highly motivated and results-oriented mindset
