Role Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to work with our Director of Busienss Development in the Greater Boston area, with some work-from-home flexibility. This is a full-time position focused on generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and fostering business development opportunities. Additional responsibilities include managing communication with existing customers and building and maintaining a sales pipeline of prospective clients.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Communication and Sales
Experience in Business Development and building client relationships
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office work and remote tasks
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales enablement technology is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
