You will play an important role in helping our wholesale parts operation run smoothly by accurately processing orders, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the parts department. What You'll Do
Enter and process wholesale parts orders in the dealership management system Verify part numbers, pricing, and availability Maintain accurate inventory and order records Assist with invoicing, order tracking, and documentation Communicate with the parts team regarding backorders or order discrepancies Maintain organized digital and physical records Support the wholesale parts department with general administrative tasks What We're Looking For
