Marketing Associate
Our client in Saddle Brook, NJ, Williamsport, PA or Redlands, CA is looking for a Marketing Associate for a Direct Hire career opportunity. The position is onsite. Salary is $80,000 - $85,000 annually. Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Marketing New Product Development (NPD) & Launch Support Brand & Organic Growth Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business-related field required. 24 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital communications; consumer-product background preferred. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and performance metrics Excellent written and visual communication skills; ability to adapt tone to brand voice. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical, dental, disability & vision insurance, 401k, PTO, etc. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
