Lead Business Analyst , Onsite USA - Level 7

Location : USA

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst (Insurance) with 10 years plus experience as a candidate for

onsite (USA) location . Lead Business Analyst as a bridge between data and business, responsible for

translating data into actionable insights and driving business decisions in Insurance domain .

Key Responsibilities • Data Collection and Analysis

Gather data from various sources, clean and prepare it, and perform statistical analysis to

identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Business Needs Analysis

Understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into

specific data requirements. • Data - Driven Decision Making

Use data to inform business decisions, identify potential areas of growth, and support

business intelligence strategies. • Communication and Presentation

Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, using data

visualization and storytelling techniques. • Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and

implementation of new solutions. • Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with cross - functional teams, including IT, business units, and management,

to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project alignment. • Solution Design and Implementation

Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs, and work

with IT to implement them. • Documentation and Reporting

Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions, and

prepare reports for organizational leadership. • Testing and Validation

Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to ensure they meet

business requirements. • Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for ongoing optimization and contribute to continuous

Technical Skills • Must have 10 plus years of experience as a business Analyst in insurance domain Life, Annuity

projects • Experience in Data Migration , Data Mapping, Data Engineering • Worked out with Integration of various Data Sources, created complex transformations and

executed with various transformations and Created Workflows . • Experience working in Agile based tooling and DevOps environments with JIRA, Git and Jenkins

knowledge. • In volved in preparation of different types of documentation. • Prepare project status reports, establish Governance at different levels. • Must have experience working global delivery model. • Coordination of change requests. • Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the

process of system . • Lead team in meeting client expectations and project deliverables . • Ensuring timely product delivery and quality . • Identifying and resolving problems, gaps, and challenges in software engineering processes • Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Should have implemented or showcased value adds, productivity improvements, innovations • JAVA, XML , Data scripting knowledge and Python are desirable

Behavioral Skill s

Should have experience in working Agile based projects. Should have the skill to understand clients better

and be able to manage client relationships . Address the issues quickly so immediate attention is required

for every issue or concern reported. Ability to quickly sense the urgency and take necessary action. Ability

to work with Offshore and Onsite team and collaborate . This role requires direct coordination with the

Customer Program Director, Vendor Management, Product Owners and Business Team. Hence both

verbal and written communication is key. As the team is distributed across global, the ability to resolve

conflict s is critical.
