Responsibilities Assist the account management team with daily client service activities Maintain and update client account information and documentation Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments Prepare reports, summaries, and account updates for management Support scheduling, follow-ups, and service coordination for client accounts Ensure accuracy and organization of client records and service requests Provide professional assistance to clients regarding service inquiries Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and service standards Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and attention to detail Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes Additional Information Competitive salary ($48,000
