As a Collateral Processor within PNC's Collateral Servicing organization, you will be based in Brecksville, OH. Hours for this position are 8:00 am EST - 4:30 pm EST. Monday - Friday Summary: Responsible for processing and maintaining collateral documentation for commercial and consumer loan accounts. Executes UCC filings, continuations, and releases while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely workflow completion. Supports internal partners and contributes to operational quality and efficiency Key Responsibilities
Process UCC perfections, continuations, and terminations for consumer and commercial loan accounts in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Complete UCC continuations for commercial accounts housed on the loan servicing system. Serve as Collateral Approver, reviewing and approving collateral release requests for commercial customer payoffs; utilize multiple systems and apply critical thinking for high risk decisions. Perform post servicing processing, including notarizing collateral release documents, creating jurisdictional recording fee checks, and entering recorded document data (in office tasks). Ensure required documentation and materials are complete and accurate for transaction processing. Research and respond to inquiries, exceptions, and workflow issues; escalate as needed. Review transactions for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to service levels, operational standards, and compliance requirements. Provide workflow feedback and support process improvements. $66,300.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance. Application Window
