Overview Senior Vice President of Sales: REMOTE – C-4 Analytics

C-4 Analytics is a fast-growing, private, full-service digital marketing company that helps automotive dealerships increase sales, market share, and lower cost per acquisition. We are hiring for a Senior Vice President of Sales: REMOTE as we expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Mentorship: Fully manage, train, and mentor the sales team, ensuring outreach from cold calling to in-person presentations aligns with company standards and proven methodologies.

Strategic Market Engagement: Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales Ops, Marketing, and Business Development to drive territory management, target account development, and high-impact messaging for key markets.

Pipeline & CRM Management: Oversee pipeline development and ensure the team maintains accurate CRM data to support the execution of sales consultants.

High-Touch Sales Support: Travel with consultants to advance high-stakes deals, close new business, and represent the company at trade shows and strategic initiatives.

Strategy & Tool Optimization: Collaborate with Sales Operations and Presentation teams to ensure sales tools and reporting reflect ROI and key strategies to close deals.

Executive Alignment: Execute additional strategic duties as assigned by the CSO and executive team to support overall company growth.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional training.

Sales Expertise: 5+ years of combined inside and outside sales experience, specifically in digital marketing and the automotive industries.

Leadership Tenure: 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.

Industry Authority: Proven track record of selling digital products in the automotive sector.

Strategic Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills for complex digital solutions.

Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Operational Excellence: Proficiency in project coordination, time management, and systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Adaptive Collaboration: Team-oriented mindset with cross-department collaboration experience.

Mobility: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Competency Alignment: Commitment to meeting the company’s core and role-specific competency models.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience. Salary range: $120,000.00 – $160,000.00. Final salary determined by skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.

In addition to base salary, a comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. The stated salary range is flexible and negotiable based on qualifications and fit for the role.
