Role: Client Partner - Industrial We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BDM Industrial to manage and grow relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on account farming, driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and uncovering new opportunities within established accounts. Key Responsibilities
Own and grow strategic Industrial accounts. Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders—engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels. Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps. Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions. Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies. Track market trends, customer challenges, and the competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities. Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication. Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts. Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working with global delivery teams in an IT services or technology solutions environment.
