Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic Hi-tech accounts in the networking and semiconductor verticals.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders (engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels).
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions.
- Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies.
- Understand customer technical environments and evolving needs across semiconductor and networking domains.
- Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related technical field; MBA is an advantage.
- 10+ years of account management/business development experience, with at least 3+ years in the Hi-tech industry.
- Knowledge of networking and semiconductors.
- Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts.
- Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with global delivery teams in an IT services or technology solutions environment.
