Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in professional AV design, engineering, or solutions architecture 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role Strong background in AV-over-IP, control systems, DSP, and unified communications Experience leading technical teams and managing complex, multi-site deployments Client-facing experience with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Desired Skills & Experience
CTS-D, CTS-I, or equivalent certifications Experience with enterprise UC platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex) Strong understanding of networked AV and IT infrastructure Previous experience in a systems integrator or large enterprise environment What You Will Be Doing
