Director of Marketing/Assistant Admissions
at our facility located in Laurinburg, NC. We are looking for a new team member who desires to make a difference in the long-term care arena and to positively touch lives. Director of Admissions and Marketing – Laurinburg, NC Responsibilities
Promote the facility to hospitals, physicians and prospective residents. Educate people regarding the capabilities of the facility. Visit discharge planners and physician practices in their offices. Host community events within the facility. Make presentations to civic and community groups. Develop presentation and promotional materials in support of these tasks. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in healthcare as an admissions coordinator, social worker, discharge planner or similar position desired Experience in long term care, especially skilled nursing facilities desired Knowledge of the financial aspects of skilled nursing including Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance desired Knowledge in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook Personable with neat, professional appearance Must be flexible with hours and be willing to monitor email/voice messages 24/7 Excellent communication skills Self-starter and ability to work independently Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation Additional Information
