Responsibilities
Oversee the improvement and maintenance of all facilities, properties, and grounds for the interior and exterior of the YMCA, as well as the safety and cleaning operations of grounds, properties, facilities, and vehicles. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 1 year of work experience in Facility Management needed. Familiarity with OSHA standards, emergency plans, equipment purchasing and lease contracts, maintenance management, and housekeeping. Strong supervisory skills required. Strong PC skills and budgeting experience necessary. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required.
