Membership & Growth Community Partner
on behalf of
TrYumph Functional Fitness & KidFit . This role will sit at the intersection of sales, community outreach, and brand building.
TrYumph is more than a gym; it is a results-driven coaching community helping adults over 40 reclaim their health, alongside
KidFit , a youth movement program designed to combat the childhood obesity crisis. This role is strategic, directly impacting membership revenue and the future scaling narrative of both adult and youth programs.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Membership & Growth Community Partner to help grow both their adult training programs and KidFit youth programs.
This is a hybrid role that combines:
Sales
Relationship building
Community outreach
Lead follow-up
Event representation
The right person will thrive interacting with people, building relationships in the community, and helping individuals and families take the first step toward better health.
You will work closely with the founder and leadership team while helping execute the growth strategy for TrYumph and KidFit.
This role offers significant opportunities for career growth and leadership as the company expands.
What You’ll Do Membership Sales
Respond to inbound leads from marketing campaigns
Conduct follow-ups via phone, text, and email
Schedule consultations and introductory sessions
Help prospective members understand program options
Guide clients into the program that best fits their goals
Lead Management & CRM Tracking
Manage lead pipelines in CRM (GoHighLevel)
Track daily activity metrics
Maintain organized follow-ups and client notes
Provide simple daily reporting on key performance metrics
Community Outreach & Partnerships
Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
Develop corporate wellness partnerships
Connect with homeschool co-ops and youth organizations for KidFit programs
Represent TrYumph at local community events and pop-ups
Event Representation
Attend and represent TrYumph at community events
Help coordinate lead capture and follow-up strategies
Build relationships with families and professionals in the community

Schedule Hours:
Monday - Thursday:
3-7p
Saturday:
7a - 1:30p
One weekend off a month
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $24,000 / year. Potential to earn up to $65,000 per year
