Pioneer Bank is searching for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Vice President Business Banker in our North Mankato Branch. This individual will have a passion for leadership, a strong understanding of commercial lending and an acute focus on business development. As an officer in our organization, this individual will be dedicated to fostering strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service experience, and supporting the growth and prosperity of the communities we serve. Responsibilities
Cultivate and sustain professional, long-term relationships with customers by consistently delivering exceptional value in every interaction. Expand your portfolio by attracting quality prospects and customers, securing their complete relationship as well as those of their family and friends. Master and implement a proven, well-defined process to ensure each customer receives unparalleled value. Ensure accurate and timely tracking of sales data within the pipeline system. Uphold accountability to the systems and processes utilized by all bank employees. Qualifications
Background in lending: Solid foundation in business lending practices and knowledge. Preferred experience: 5+ years of business banking experience with SBA experience preferred. Commitment to growth: A strong willingness to learn and advance in your career. Service-oriented mindset: A deep understanding of the immense value in serving others. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Exceptional communication skills: Outstanding ability to convey ideas and information effectively.
