As Director of Customer Data Strategy, you’ll lead cross‐functional teams of designers, strategists, and technologists to turn data into meaningful insights—and translate those insights into action for our clients.You’ll work with organizations that come to frog to build new businesses or reimagine existing products, services, and experiences. Your role is to help them use data and AI more strategically—shaping data ecosystems, enabling smarter decision‐making, and supporting their shift toward truly data‐driven business models.You’ll lead and grow a high‐performing team by recruiting top talent, mentoring leaders, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative studio culture. You’ll guide teams on how to integrate data into design and strategy work, partnering closely with technologists to bring ideas to life.You’ll also play a key role in expanding frog’s business. That includes building trusted client relationships, shaping and selling consulting engagements, leading pitches, and serving as a senior advisor to client executives. You’ll help elevate frog’s point of view through thought leadership, writing, and speaking on topics like data strategy, innovation, and AI‐driven insights.Along the way, you’ll stay hands‐on—leading major programs or advising teams to ensure high‐quality outcomes—and act as a champion for the Data Practice as we continue to grow across North America.## Your RoleAs Director of Customer Data Strategy, you will lead frog’s data strategy capability—shaping how data, analytics, and AI are used to create meaningful business and customer impact. You’ll partner closely with designers, strategists, and technologists to define and deliver data‐driven strategies, build high‐performing teams, and help clients transform their businesses through insight‐led products, services, and experiences.* Lead and grow frog’s Customer Data Strategy practice, including team development, culture, and capability building* Define and deliver data‐driven strategies and business transformations for clients across industries* Collaborate across disciplines to integrate data and AI into design, product, and experience work* Shape, sell, and lead consulting engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders* Contribute hands‐on to major programs and champion the growth of the Data Practice across North America.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $169,875 - $319,050Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
