Pictona at Holly Hill is looking for a mission-driven, results-oriented Executive Director to lead our organization into its next phase of growth. This role offers the chance to run one of the premier pickleball facilities in the U.S., while making a real impact on health, wellness, and community life in the greater Daytona area.
As Executive Director, you'll report directly to the Board of Directors and oversee a full team of department managers. You'll be the bridge between strategy and execution, leading organizational planning, financial health, community partnerships, programming, and facilities.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and set vision-aligned goals
- Manage staff and departments across operations, events, marketing, and more
- Act as a public ambassador and spokesperson for Pictona locally and nationally
- Cultivate sponsors, donors, and community relationships
- Oversee budget planning, financial reporting, and revenue growth
- Champion innovative programs that align with Pictona's mission
- Monitor trends in recreation and pickleball to keep Pictona at the forefront
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years of executive experience, ideally in nonprofit, sports, hospitality, or recreation
- Track record of managing budgets, leading teams, and delivering results
- Strategic planning and organization leadership skills
- Comfort in public-facing roles and community engagement
- A passion for health, wellness, and inclusive recreation
- Pickleball experience beneficial
