Executive Director

Kingdom Trails Association is seeking an experienced and values-driven Executive Director to lead one of the nation’s premier trail-based recreation organizations. This is a unique opportunity to steward an iconic trail network while strengthening community relationships and ensuring long-term organizational sustainability.

The Executive Director is responsible for fulfilling the organization’s mission through effective trail stewardship, responsible financial management, strong landowner relationships, and meaningful community engagement. This role provides overall leadership for staff, operations, partnerships, and long‑range planning, and serves as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, landowners, local businesses, regional partners, and trail users.

Working closely with the Board and the broader Kingdom Trails community, the Executive Director will implement policies, advance strategic priorities, and ensure the organization remains financially sound and mission‑focused, while retaining hands‑on responsibility for day‑to‑day leadership and execution.
