About the Role
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a confidential, high‑growth organization seeking an IT Director of Enterprise Data and Analytics. This leader will oversee the company’s enterprise data ecosystem—guiding strategy, governance, and technical execution while enabling advanced analytics and trusted business insights. This is a hands‑on, forward‑thinking leadership position responsible for shaping how the organization collects, manages, secures, and leverages data across all business units.
As a key partner to senior leadership, this person will define best‑in‑class data practices, elevate reporting capabilities, and champion modern analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high‑performing data and analytics team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and professional development
- Oversee reporting, data modeling, system integrations, and data infrastructure to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Partner closely with cross‑functional leaders to translate business needs into actionable analytics and data solutions
- Drive the development and execution of the organization’s enterprise data strategy and roadmap
- Implement modern tools, architecture patterns, and governance frameworks that support secure and scalable data operations
- Guide the design, performance, and ongoing optimization of the enterprise data warehouse and analytics platforms
- Improve operational efficiency by automating recurring reporting processes and enhancing data flow reliability
- Establish KPIs for data quality, availability, and reporting standards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Support cybersecurity efforts by enforcing proper data protection, access controls, and compliance practices
- Foster a culture of data literacy and self‑service analytics across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, data, or analytics with proven success driving complex technical initiatives
- Strong background in enterprise reporting, data modeling, and cloud‑based data solutions
- Hands‑on experience with systems integrations including SFTP, APIs, and related technologies
- Proficiency in change management and guiding teams through lifecycle stages
- Demonstrated success leading high‑performing teams and building collaborative partnerships across departments
- Preferred: Certifications in data management, cloud analytics, business intelligence, cybersecurity, or project management
