Audit Manager / Audit Director – Financial Institutions

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements for financial institutions , including banks and credit unions
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements
- Serve as the primary client relationship manager
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and develop audit staff and seniors
- Assist with practice development and business growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong experience auditing financial institutions (banks, credit unions, or similar)
- 7+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Experience managing engagements and leading teams
- CPA/EA required
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial institution regulations
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
