Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements for financial institutions , including banks and credit unions
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements
• Serve as the primary client relationship manager
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and develop audit staff and seniors
• Assist with practice development and business growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong experience auditing financial institutions (banks, credit unions, or similar)
• 7+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Experience managing engagements and leading teams
• CPA/EA required
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial institution regulations
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
