Our client is hiring a Sales Director to join a fast-growing enterprise software company in a player–coach role. This is an opportunity for a senior seller who enjoys closing complex deals and helping shape a scalable sales motion.
What You’ll Do
- Sell directly to VP–C-Suite leaders in complex organizations
- Own and close enterprise deals ($100K–$500K+)
- Manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Act as a player–coach, actively selling while mentoring others
- Help build and refine GTM strategy, processes, and pipeline discipline
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Comfortable running long sales cycles (6–12 months)
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability
- Strong communication, ownership, and urgency
