UX/UI Designer You Are We are looking for a UX/UI Designer passionate about user experience and digital interface design, who wants to join a software and innovation company focused on creating user-centered technological solutions. The Opportunity Early to mid-level prototyping Rapid wireframe development Usability testing before development Design as a learning tool Design to validate hypotheses Reduce scope to the minimum realistic level Strong collaboration with PM and Tech Participate in MVP definition Translate value propositions into concrete flows This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What You Need Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products. Solid portfolio with real projects Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development (programming is not required, but understanding the technical limitations is essential).
