This position focuses on creating engaging, accessible, and responsive digital experiences across websites and HTML-based email campaigns.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, brand, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create UX deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Design and develop responsive web pages and reusable web components
- Build and maintain HTML-based email templates
- Ensure designs meet accessibility (ADA/WCAG) and responsive design standards
- Maintain and update front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Work within CMS platforms and design systems to support page builds and updates
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams on digital initiatives
- Perform quality assurance testing across browsers, devices, and email clients
- Troubleshoot layout, rendering, and performance issues
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design, web development, and/or email development
- UX design tools: Figma, Adobe XD
- Front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience working with CMS platforms (Adobe AEM preferred)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Eloqua is a plus)
- Experience designing within enterprise design systems
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
- Experience collaborating in Agile or cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
