New Construction Sales Representative

in

Denver, Colorado

who will have sales responsibility for

new construction sales for the commercial construction side of our business , specializing in commercial sectional & rolling door products, loading dock equipment, and high-speed doors. This position is responsible for introducing commercial customers to products and services in Denver and surrounding areas.

Position Overview

Establish and foster long-term relationships with general contractors in Denver and the surrounding areas.

Meet with decision makers to engineer a door solution for customers’ facilities.

Develop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale; proficient with Windows-based programs and sales tools; familiarity with blueprints/plans is preferred.

Achieve sales objectives set forth by management, track and record sales leads and activities, and actively participate in sales meetings.

Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.

Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prefer a minimum of three (2) years outside sales experience calling on general contractors, distribution and industrial markets.

Strong aptitude for technical applications and/or mechanical systems.

Valid Driver’s License.

Ability to read and understand blueprints; prior estimating experience generating proposals and submittals is a plus; not required if capable of learning the process of working with technical applications.

Pay range for this position:

From $83,000, depending on experience.
