
Associate Account Manager

Job Description:
As the Associate Account Manager, you will support the Account Management team by ensuring smooth, end‑to‑end management of customer programs. This role is highly collaborative, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with internal partners, overseas teams, retailers, and vendors. You will play a critical part in maintaining service excellence, troubleshooting operational challenges, and supporting growth.

Job Duties:
·Manage day to day execution of assigned direct import categories/departments from start to finish
·Set up & maintain item information within retailer systems and NetSuite (internal ERP System)
·Support chargeback resolution across all customer accounts
·Pull/receive purchase orders from SPS and internal ERP system
·Work closely with retailer analyst for forecasts & troubleshooting of orders
·Provide invoice confirmations to Finance
·Analyze sales data as needed to identify trends and opportunities
·Proof law labels & hangtag information for accuracy
·Review all PO’s sent to overseas team, communicate any maintenance needs with retailers
·Assist Sales in preparation & delivery of presentations to buyers
·Perform additional account management duties assigned by manager

Qualification:
·2+ years of experience in Account Management Support, Inventory Management, or related operational roles
·Education- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
·Prior experience in retail or consumer goods
·Prior experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
·Prior experience leveraging AI tools
·Prior experience/ability to use retailer systems
·Prior experience/ability to learn SPS and NetSuite systems (internal ERP systems)
