Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Account Representative focused on kitchen and bath cabinetry, based in Clarksville, TN. As Sales and Account Representative, you will primarily focus on generating sales and managing client accounts through out-of-office client interactions. The Sales and Account Representative will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships through the complete project process, from onsite visit, design and then post installation quality assurance and project completion. The role is adept at delivering excellent customer service, and effectively managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales, design and project process. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating leads, driving sales, taking the client through the design process and aligning client needs with company offerings, and maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the life of the project. This role will also include strategizing and executing plans to achieve sales goals and overseeing project timelines to ensure successful outcomes. Qualifications

Proficiency in Account Management and experience in maintaining client relationships Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address client needs effectively Experience in Sales with proven ability to generate leads and close deals Ability to provide Training and support to clients on products and services Proficiency in organizational and time management skills Familiarity with the cabinetry or construction industry is a strong advantage Must be able to accurately measure finished and unfinished spaces using a common tape measure A background in kitchen and bath design is highly preferred, especially with experience using design platform software Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work Detail oriented and highly motivated to be self-driven
