Job Summary Pacific Sun Packaging Inc. is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Associate to support the growth and management of customer accounts within our packaging solutions business. This role will assist in maintaining existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and helping customers develop packaging solutions that meet performance, cost, and operational goals.
The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, highly organized, and eager to build a career in sales and account management. This position will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Account Management & Client Relations
Support the management and growth of existing customer accounts.
Serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and assist in developing packaging solutions aligned with their operational requirements.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, research, and outreach.
Assist in qualifying potential leads and introducing Pacific Sun Packaging’s product and service offerings.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product discussions when applicable.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes.
Support negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms of sale.
Work toward achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and account growth goals.
Customer Service & Support
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, production, logistics, and operations to deliver on client expectations.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account updates.
Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in preparing reports.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing accounts.
Industry Awareness & Continuous Improvement
Stay informed about packaging industry trends, new materials, and market developments.
Continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and client engagement strategies.
Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, or industry events when applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
preferred.
1–4 years of experience
in sales, account management, customer success, or business development.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
and CRM systems.
Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events.
