Their AI-powered platform helps businesses with campaign management, lead generation, pipeline management, and more - driving sales and marketing results across a wide range of industries. With a strong engineering team and a laser focus on customer success, they are now scaling their US sales and go-to-market operations and looking for hungry, coachable sales talent to help lead the charge from their Orlando, FL office.

You Will
Craft compelling marketing messages via email, content marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
Identify and segment the ideal customer profile (ICP) based on product features, industry verticals, and response rates.
Research and source relevant contacts and their contact information using appropriate tools.
Execute outbound marketing campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to targeted contacts.
Deliver high-quality, tailored product demonstrations to prospects based on their industry, goals, needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making authority.
Drive deals to closure, including negotiating prices and signing contracts.
Track end-to-end responses and manage the full conversion funnel from outbound touch to closed sale.
Use and maintain sales and marketing technologies (e.g., CRM) to keep the organization aligned.
Continuously improve your outreach process — be coachable and implement best practices.
You Have
Strong drive to do outbound sales activities using email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
Strong research skills to identify and reach the right contacts.
The ability to confidently communicate with C-level executives and decision-makers in the SMB segment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Genuine customer empathy and a customer-first mindset.
The ability to act independently, multitask, and manage multiple prospects and issues simultaneously.
Fresh graduates with the right attitude, ambition, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
