Description
The Inside Sales Representative supports the Core Products sales team through administrative coordination and inside sales account management, ensuring smooth order flow, strong account support, and excellent customer service, with opportunities for growth into a larger sales role.
Accountable For
Providing responsive, accurate account management and inside sales support for assigned customer accounts.
Executing sales and administrative operations related to orders, accounts, and customer data.
Supporting sales team efficiency and continuous improvement through effective communication, follow-up, and process support.
Requirements
Education / Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or administration.
Experience in B2B, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sales is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfort in communicating with customers via phone and email.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems.
